I just want to say the man who runs this store is a gem! I was in the other day and ordered three large balloons and stanchions and he was so friendly and helpful - someone i truly felt deserved my money! Such a welcoming place, where I've never not seen great customer service. i also rented a popcorn machine in the past for a fundraiser and again had nothing but good experiences.
Came here for bachelorette stuff but they've sold out of sashes save custom ribbons that you can print any saying you want on them and use as sashes...they're not the nicest but were going for $15 a piece and took 2 days to make. Tiny section for other bachelorette stuff. Wanted to potentially rent wedding stemware and chargers too but they only had like 25 pieces of each thing...not nearly enough to rent to a wedding.
Amazing owners that are very helpful. You can call in your orders for balloons ahead of time so you dont have to wait. They have gender announcement balloons and a wall of balloons to choose from, tons of rental costumes as well as costumes for purchase, machine rentals (cotton candy, popcorn and slushy machines) and a good selection of Ben Nye makeup. This is probably a great place for people in film as well as anyone looking for accessories to complete costumes. My go-to party shop!
This place has everything you need to have a party! I rented a theater style pop corn machine for an event I had volunteered to do pop corn for. I was astounded at how many things this store carries from streamers and balloons to coloured wigs and costumes! The pop corn rental was a hit at the event would definitely be back.
The customer service is great. The staff are always ready to help and very knowledgeable. I buy the popcorn for birthday parties, school popcorn days and movie nights. BEST party shop ever!!
