Fantastic place to go for a walk, with the smell of the ocean in the air. Trails are well maintained, and quite busy with like minded enjoying the nice weather. There is also paths for people to ride their bikes. A great place for a family walk.
We didn't check how long the trail is... Be prepared it's easy but it's long. Beautiful sights along the way and spots to stop and take pictures. Pretty much anyone can do this trail. Just make sure you go to the bathroom before. There is one at the end of the hike but not before. It's 6km each way.
Fantastic trail, great for a walk or run, it also has paved road for cyclists. If walking or running alone the shore line, you will be mostly under the shade, which is quite nice!
