Ive had one visit at this clinic and so far Im not that happy. My lab requisition was filled out incorrectly - my last name isnt even on there and my sex is now labelled as male. I wont be able to get another appointment booked to get an updated requisition until a month later and Im just going into Life Lab tomorrow to beg for them to still go through with my testing despite all my basic info being incorrect.

This place is horrible. They have like 6 different doctors who share all the patients so you can never get a chance to personally know your doctor. This is my third baby and i have a very rare blood disorder making me have high risk pregnancies and have told most of the doctors there, yet none of them seem to care after I walk out of the office. Now iv been stuck in the hospital for the last 3 days possibly going to have a c section that could have been prevented if they had just requested more ultrasounds like I suggested. Also me and baby might need a blood transfusion at birth becuase of not being listened to. I do not recommend anyone to go to this clinic if they believe they are high risk. And they also messed up on my requisitions for life labs. Then they called me about my results saying they had good news!!! But the good news was that I got diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Anyone who knows anything about diabetes in pregnancy know that it can be permanent and you have the risk of getting it again within the next 10 years plus it can have severe health problem for your you and your baby. My recommendations are for dr.smith in Surrey because she's just simply amazing!!

Excellent , friendly front desk staff. Always happy and smiling. Great efficiency, nice doctors who are patient with me and my husband. Always making time to answer our questions. Highly recommended. This being a Maternity CLINIC you do see a rotation of Doctors, however you CAN book with the same doctor every 4 weeks no problem. If you don't care who you see then you get the rotation. It's up to you which is nice. What I LOVE is that I am able to get the opinions of many many different doctors in ONE spot. Once I found one that I jived with it was perfect for me. Hope this helped !

They were always kind and helpful with sound advice.

I have been very lucky to have a smooth and easy-going pregnancy with minimal issues. I have a few problems with how this clinic operates but I have not received poor care by any means. One problem is that I must see a different physician at each appointment. This makes it difficult to discuss ongoing concerns and to develop meaningful relationships. In addition, I am required to see my GP when problems such as a cold or flu present themselves. This is frustrating as my GP does not feel comfortable treating pregnant women in the same capacity as he once did, and he was under the impression I would be seen exclusively by the maternity centre. The doctors I have met at this clinic so far have been lovely, patient and kind. Appointments are quick but that is the nature of the field. The receptionists are beyond helpful when I call with questions or concerns. In summary, the maternity centre has many positive attributes but I feel continuity of care is lacking.
