I am a really late beginner student and took many lessons from two teachers in the past with some variable success. What makes Anna's approach different is that she actually teaches you by DOING - HOW to practice in order to advance and secure your technique. Many teachers just tell the same thing : "You have to practice more", but they don't actually teach you how to do it correctly or do it so fast that you can't apply it. With Anna each piano key touch or finger movement starts making sense. Anna is very strict and demanding yet friendly and approachable - she is an excellent teacher for either "false beginners" or really advanced students (her real passion). She moves you beyond what you able to to with the other teachers (only if you don't quit after the first lesson, haha).
Anna is full of extravagant ambition as she longs to see all of her students succeed. She takes her time to describe everything in detail, and understands the true aspects of every piece and composer. Her personality is full of color with modesty.
