So you get the cumulative knowledge of a group of people that have been in this business in this area (the Tri-Cities) for a long time.It's the details, like they bought and changed a couple of light bulbs in some areas of my property, because the lighting wasn't even and it wouldn't show as well... I can't say enough about the professionalism of this woman. She exudes all the qualities of the Axford's and then some. She's an experienced property manager that EVERY investor needs on their side. She makes your investment property feel like a hobby. Most of all, she's flexible. She is so committed to her clients that I don't think she takes days off, as evidenced by responding to my emails and texts when she's on holidays. Overall, she understands the local housing market and rents out and maintains your property in the upmost professional manner. I can't thank the Axford's enough for hiring and maintaining such high quality personnel and allowing me to strengthen my power team.
