I wanted to send you a quick note to thankyou for the hot water tank valve work you did recently at my home in Port Moody. First off I'm glad you talked me into waiting until the next day instead of paying double (weekend call out rates) for the leaking valve work to be done on a weekend. Everything looks great and it sounds like the completely wrong valve was installed inline by the previous owner and then, when it leaked about 3 months ago, the first plumber I called just replaced it with the same valve and the problem compounded.Thanks for having a look at the tank as well and determining that it's not leaking. When it eventually needs replacing I'll definitely contact you for replacement options. The work was done in a professional manner at a decent & fair hourly rate and with confidence that it was done correctly. I know you even installed more expensive parts than were originally quoted, but still charged the quoted prices...can't beat that!Thanks again and we'll definitely call you for all our plumbing needs in the future and we would recommend that anyone use your company for any of their plumbing, gas, and heating needs.
I recently needed a new furnace as the old one decided to work intermittently. I contacted Square One about their furnace replacement services. I was really impressed with the information and the professionalism presented. I wasn't given some "sales pitch" but good factual information to make my decision.When it came time to complete the work, it was done on time and within the quoted price. The gentleman arrived clean and professional and my house was left clean and tidy. Definitely would use them again.
I hired Michael to install a new bathroom faucet and drain and replace another faucet too. I was originally going to get him to refurbish several of my shutoff valves as well, but after inspecting those he deemed that work unnecessary. Michael arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and does high quality work. I would definitely recommend Square One if you are in need of plumbing services.
Worst & super expensive. The guy double the price of the equipment without even showing me the receipt. Even worse, he was here about one hour and half then just told us it's minimum 2 hours of charge and asked for 85 dollars per hour. So the result is just for changing a disposal cost me almost 500 dollars. While if I buy the equipment online it's only 140 and the human costs was way too hilarious.
