Poor service. Received my drink with a fly in it, only to find out it came from the bottle of booze they were using. Hair found in my appetizer. Yet, they still charged full price for the drink and food.

My friend made a reservation for my birthday, which was confirmed by the restaurant. When we showed up at 6pm, we were told that they were doing repairs and that if we wanted to come back in an hour they would be open. There were no signs in the door indicating this and from what I observed, there were no emergent repairs being done nor were there any repair vehicles anywhere in the parking lot/area. It actually looked like they were setting up for a big party. When we mentioned that we had a confirmed reservation, the girl at the front shrugged her shoulders and just said, "yeah, I don't know what happened". No apology or anything. Because it was pouring rain, we decided to wait outside under cover for the restaurant to open so that we could have something to eat before heading to the breweries. After about five minutes, some kid from the kitchen came out and told us that they weren't open and to come back in an hour if we wanted to. When we said that we would just wait, he told us that we would need to leave and come back. He then went inside and we could see him just laughing away. We decided to leave because we could tell that something was going on and that the likelihood of us getting anywhere with them, even if we waited, was slim to none. For such a good location, they were honestly just terrible. I hope that they go out of business and new owners take over and turn it into a place worth going to again.

Many things wrong with our night. Despite the restaurant not being busy in terms of customers. (Monday evening) Long serving times, when the food did end up here three quarters of the dishes were cold or wrong orders all together. For example, my 21$ steak and frites order was in fact a different plate all together, cooked rare instead of my specified style. Nachos ordered by another were cold and unsatisfying and needed to be sent back. The Gnocchi order was lacking gnocchi and was a pool of lettuce. I've been discussing food alone, but the alcohol was similar. 20m for a glass of red wine. Stir fry had probably a total of 2 baby carrots and a bit of onion for the total of vegetables and drenched in sauce. Overpriced, garbage service and long wait times. Expect to get orders you didn't ask for.

A real shame...This place has so much potential, but its painfully clear that the management is inept. We used to come here often, finding it to be one of the better options in an area bereft of decent dining options; but it quickly started going down hill. We hadnt been here in close to a year after experiencing too much inconsistency in food and service. We decided to try it again tonight and it was a total train wreck. We were one of 2 tables in the entire restaurant. The hostess said she didnt know if the restaurant had high chairs when we asked... there were two empty high chairs against the wall in plain sight. It must have been our servers first shift, because she clearly had no idea what was going on. It took a full half an hour until our order was taken. Our beer took 20 minutes to hit the table after ordering. My sons food, which we ordered as soon as we sat down, took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. When my food arrived it was missing ingredients... just a mess. Again, such a shame as the food when it did arrive was tasty. Sadly I cant see this place surviving much longer, fingers crossed new management or a new establishment will be taking over soon.

Miss Denise is, hands down, the most personable, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly bartender here. That is not to say the other staff are slouches. They're not. But Miss Denise's tireless work ethic and unpretentious demeanor place her miles above her peers on the customer service scale in my opinion.Miss Denise is a credit to the industry and a rare gem. An asset that should be protected!
