I hired them for a straight forward mortgage refinance case. The assistant did not follow up with insurance company to ensure the required document is in place until the closing day. And, I was not notified until the lender decided to postpone funding. The assistant left it to me to sort out things that she should have done earlier. So I have to urgently contact both insurance company and mortgage broker to figure out what's wrong and fix it.At the end, it didn't cause major issue for me but that's very annoying to get such a big surprise on the closing day. I would believe it's a negligence but again it's not a happy experience.
