Very good machines: clean and well maintained. The owners will tell you how much to load, etc. They know their machines, and are very helpful.
I have visited 3 times & will not return if Sylvia is working. She has OCD behaviour & removed my pants & socks from the dryer (they had been soaked from the rain - I work outside & forgot my rain pants today). very inconsiderate, especially at Christmastime. She frantically cleaned the dryer that I had used. I told her that my clothes were clean - both were washed at another laundromat & I had only been wearing them for a few hours since getting dressed in the morning. I had to dry my clothes with the heater in my car & of course they didn't get completely dry. awful experience. Thomas was the only one working the 2nd time I visited; he was kind & didn't meddle like Sylvia does.

Thank goodness Sylvia cleaned the dryer after a previous reviewer put in her "only worn for a few hours" dirty rain soaked pants and stinky socks! Thank you Silvia for your diligence and exceptional cleanliness. This is one of the reasons I travel the extra distance from North Van to Port Moody. The other is because Sylvia and Thomas are wonderful people.
