As a senior attempting to purchase insurance here I encountered 2 v Arrogant men in this office - - Mark will lecture you ++ about being a responsible citizen when requesting home insurance & then tell you that you are a hi- risk client etc Then, , when I ask for travel insurance from him, I get an annual package that doesnt cover my 1st trip - 15 days covered for a 24 day trip - ( I should have checked before giving them my money & signing but I mentioned the length of my trip numerous times! ) - then, when I went back to cancel the coverage - thankfully before my trip!- his coworker, Makrum, tried to tell me he couldnt guarantee me a time line for my refund - maybe 3 months? & it would come in the way of a cheque mailed to me even though I showed him the insurance booklet that says 100% refund if requested within 10 days of purchasing the insurance ! I did get it reversed on my card when I went in the next week but it has been a v. Unsatisfactory experience to say the least will never go there again & would caution others to beware!
